Aventura Mattress 90-Night Comfort Guarantee

Sleep Easy with Our Comfort Guarantee

At Aventura Mattress, we understand that adjusting to a new mattress takes time—just like breaking in a new pair of running shoes. That’s why we offer our 90-Night Comfort Guarantee, giving you time to find your perfect sleep.

How It Works

  • Minimum 30-Night Trial: Your body needs time to adapt, so we require a minimum of 30 nights before an exchange can be initiated.

  • One-Time Comfort Exchange: If you’re not completely satisfied after 30 nights, you may exchange your mattress once within 90 days of delivery.

  • In-Person Exchange: To ensure the best selection, all exchanges must be completed in person, with both sleeping partners present (if applicable).

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, but we’ll gladly exchange your mattress for a different Aventura Mattress model of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference if applicable).

Important Details

  • The mattress must be in sanitary condition, free of stains, damage, or infestations. We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector.

  • The original law tag must remain attached—removing it voids the guarantee.

  • Exchanges are only valid for a different Aventura Mattress model of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference if applicable).

  • The 90-Night Comfort Guarantee does NOT apply to clearance items, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or bedding accessories.

  • This policy is only applicable to clients whose delivery address is local and does NOT apply to mattresses delivered outside of Florida.

Additional Policies

Return & Refund Policy

  • No refunds—mattresses are eligible for exchange only.

  • Power bases cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

Warranty Service

  • Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines for coverage details.

  • Any abuse, staining, or soiling of the mattress voids the warranty.

  • Do not remove the law tag—doing so will make the mattress ineligible for warranty claims.

Special Order Policy

  • Special orders cannot be canceled.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders.

  • Special order merchandise may not be returned unless determined to be defective.

  • Non-standard bedding sizes and custom furniture orders are final sale.

  • Special orders are NOT eligible for the 90-Night Comfort Guarantee.
